Reporter said: "Fifa Code of Discipline (FDC) has been revised and a comprehensive set of active regulatory measures is added to combat discrimination on and off the court."

"The three-step anti-discrimination process adopted at the 74th FIFA General Assembly has now been officially written into the FIFA charter. The procedure aims to give players, referees, coaches and team officials the right to report racist incidents instantly."

"The ceiling for fines for racist abusive behavior has been raised to £4.5 million, and FIFA reserves the right to appeal the ruling of racial discrimination to the Court of Arbitration for the Sporting Arbitration."

"When the member association fails to properly investigate the incidents of racism, FIFA has the right to directly intervene in the handling."
