Every girl dreams of having a unique wedding, because it is the most memorable moment in their lives. A pair of Canada's top "cat lovers" held a unique wedding that amazed countless onlookers - they held their wedding at the largest cat shelter in the United States (The Cat House on the Kings), and 1,100 kittens witnessed their union as "guests".

Bride Verono visited the asylum in her early years and determined to visit again one day. Verono later met Hesson, who also loved cats. The two met because of cats, and their common hobbies made them fall in love with each other deeply. They decided to get married after dating for three years. She remembered the cat shelter she had visited before, so the two chose this place as their wedding venue. (Sure enough, a "cat slave" should find a "cat slave" to live with!)

In order to hold this "cat wedding", the couple traveled south to California and came to "The Cat House on the Kings" to decorate the wedding scene, becoming the first couple to get married in a stray cat shelter. What’s even more touching is that they called on relatives and friends who want to give gifts to donate money to animal shelters to help these stray cats.
