Locking in that the development of the Semiconductor S Corridor in Southern Taiwan will drive huge business demand, Xingsong Construction recently announced that it will cooperate with Marriott International to build the only international directly-operated hotel "Fairfield Hotel" in the Southern Science Park. It is expected to take three years of construction and is targeted to officially open in the spring of 2029.
